  Extremely disappointed with Taylor's Nursery and Lawton's Landscaping. I initially hired them for a cleanup of my yard as well as weed control. My understanding was that over the two days the lawn would be treated to prevent weed growth but just two weeks later the lawn was taken over worse than before by weeds. I understand that weeds grow but when I called to speak to someone in their office I was shocked by how rude their customer service agent Taylor was. He was dismissive, rude and condescending. I merely asked for someone to come out and re-assess my lawn (which I had paid a lot of money to have re-done) and at least work with me to figure out how to best maintain my lawn and garden. They did not call back and after multiple attempts I have given up on their company. For customer service alone I would look somewhere else.
