  Horrible experience.This was a wedding event and expected much better. Tent smelled like horse crap and dirty, which thank god arrived a couple days before...but embarrassing as no one wanted to sit in there. tables cloths wrinkled very badly (but were very clean) and took 3 hours on our end to iron. All our chairs needed to be scrubbed down and were filthy (70..yes....70 needed to be cleaned, one arrived broken) . When we discussed and made calls, met with relative dismissal and irritation. the delivery and set up crew was great and friendly. I would certainly not recommend them unfortunately nor use them again. Even the remedy was less than professional and honest. Everything started out great, area was measured and we were assured tent would fit.....it did not and had to be moved and not an ideal location. All in all disappointed....our wedding day was still great...just not worth the headache we had with them. 2 stars for at least the crew.

  From start to finish we had excellent support from the team at Milton Tent Rental. Our wedding was planned in under four months and setting up a large tent in Waterloo required a lot of support and preparation. We were grateful for their expertise with the planning and set-up of the venue. Having access to an additional range of furnishings helped us look great while staying on budget.
